**Qualifications**

High degree of passion for delivering thoughtful and human-centered designs and experiences

Expert level understanding of design research skills including user interviews, usability testing, and design thinking methodologies to accelerate iteration and development

Ability to take ownership of the design process and work autonomously, while still engaging with Design Lead and Product Managers for feedback and collaboration

Strong communication, curiosity, collaboration, and perspective-taking skills - eagerness to understand the goals, values, and constraints of others, whether they are team members, users, or beyond Strong communication skills with an ability to clearly articulate design decision

A Bachelor’s degree or certificate in Communication Design, Graphic Design, Information Design, Interaction Design, or related field 3+ years of professional industry UI/UX design experience Experience working with design systems, with proficiency in Figma is a must Experience with Agile methodology is a plus
