Job Description

Job Title: Senior UI Designer

Required Years of Experience: 5-8 Years

Location: Remote

We are looking for a Senior UI Designer with 5+ years of experience in designing visually compelling, user-friendly, and responsive digital interfaces. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in design systems, prototyping, and collaboration with UX and development teams, with hands-on experience in delivering production-grade UI for web and mobile applications.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design and maintain intuitive, consistent, and pixel-perfect user interfaces across web and mobile platforms.
- Create wireframes, mockups, and high-fidelity prototypes to support product vision.
- Develop and manage design systems and component libraries to ensure consistency.
- Collaborate closely with UX designers, product managers, and developers for end-to-end feature delivery.
- Ensure UI designs adhere to accessibility standards (WCAG, ARIA) and responsive design principles.
- Implement interaction design and micro-interactions to enhance user experience.
- Conduct design reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
- Stay updated with the latest trends, tools, and best practices in UI design.

Nice to Have (Optional Skills):

- Experience with motion design and advanced prototyping tools (Framer, Principle, After Effects).
- Familiarity with front-end development frameworks (React, Angular, Vue).
- Exposure to designOps and collaborative design workflows in large teams.
- Experience in mentoring or leading junior designers.
