**Overview**:
A **Daycare Facilitator** is responsible for providing a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment for young children, typically ranging from infants to preschool age. The teacher's role is to support the children's physical, emotional, social, and cognitive development through age-appropriate activities, ensuring they are cared for while fostering their learning and growth. The daycare teacher promotes a structured yet flexible routine, engages in educational activities, and encourages positive behavior, all while maintaining open communication with parents and guardians.

**Key Responsibilities**:

**Key Skills Needed-**

1. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

2. Patience, creativity, and flexibility.

3. Ability to work effectively with children, parents, and team members.

4. Organizational and time-management skills.

5.Ability to actively engage with children on the floor and during outdoor activities.

6.Ability to lift and carry children if needed.

7. Stand or sit for long periods and move around the classroom.

**Qualifications**

1. A degree in Early childhood Education is a must.

2. Experience of working with children or similar setup.

3. Certification in CPR / First aid.
