**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to international prospects based on assigned leads or target markets.
- Understand customer needs and explain products/services in a clear and persuasive manner.
- Generate qualified leads and schedule appointments for the sales team (if B2B role).
- Maintain detailed records of conversations and outcomes in the CRM system.
- Meet or exceed daily/weekly/monthly call and conversion targets.
- Handle objections professionally and follow up persistently to close the loop.
- Collaborate with internal teams for campaign inputs, feedback, and process improvement.
- Ensure compliance with international calling regulations and internal policies.

**Key Requirements**:

- Proven experience in international calling, telemarketing, or outbound sales/support.
- Exceptional verbal communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus).
- Comfortable working with global time zones (e.g., US, UK, Australia, Middle East).
- Strong listening and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- **Work from office**

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
