**Job Summary**

**Responsibilities**
- Lead the design and implementation of SFDC solutions to meet business requirements.
- Oversee the integration of SFDC with other systems to ensure seamless data flow.
- Provide technical expertise in SFDC Development & Customization to optimize system performance.
- Develop and maintain SFDC Service Cloud solutions to enhance customer service operations.
- Implement SFDC Lightning components to improve user experience and system efficiency.
- Configure SFDC settings to align with business processes and requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business needs.
- Ensure the scalability and reliability of SFDC solutions to support business growth.
- Conduct regular system audits and performance tuning to maintain optimal functionality.
- Provide training and support to end-users to maximize the utilization of SFDC features.
- Stay updated with the latest SFDC technologies and best practices to drive continuous improvement.
- Develop and enforce SFDC development standards and guidelines to ensure code quality.
- Participate in project planning and management to ensure timely delivery of solutions.

**Qualifications**
- Must have extensive experience in SFDC Integration Development & Customization Service Cloud Lightning and Configuration.
- Should have a strong understanding of Finance & Accounting domain processes.
- Must possess excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Should have strong communication and collaboration abilities.
- Must be able to work effectively in a hybrid work model.
- Should have a proven track record of delivering high-quality SFDC solutions.
- Must be able to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
- Should have experience in providing technical leadership and mentoring to junior team members.
- Must be detail-oriented and committed to delivering results.
- Should have a proactive approach to identifying and addressing potential issues.
- Must be able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Should have a customer-focused mindset and a commitment to continuous improvement.
- Must be able to adapt to changing business needs and technology advancements.
