**Job Title: Water Park Supervisor**

**Department: Operations**

**Reports To: Park Manager / Operations Manager**

**Job Summary**:
The Water Park Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily water park operations, ensuring guest safety, supervising staff, maintaining cleanliness, and delivering an excellent customer experience while complying with safety and operational standards.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Supervise daily operations of water rides, pools, and common areas to ensure smooth functioning.
- Monitor and enforce safety rules, emergency procedures, and standard operating policies.
- Coordinate duty rosters, shifts, and attendance of lifeguards, ride operators, and housekeeping staff.
- Conduct regular inspections of rides, water quality, and facilities, reporting issues to maintenance.
- Handle guest queries, complaints, and incidents professionally and promptly.
- Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and proper upkeep of the water park premises.
- Support training, briefing, and performance monitoring of operational staff.
- Maintain incident reports, attendance records, and daily operational logs.
- Coordinate with security, maintenance, and medical teams during emergencies.
- Ensure compliance with local safety, health, and environmental regulations.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree (preferred).
- Minimum 1-3 years of experience in water park, amusement park, hospitality, or facility supervision.
- Strong leadership, communication, and team coordination skills.
- Knowledge of safety standards, emergency handling, and crowd management.
- Ability to work in shifts, weekends, and holidays.
- Physically fit and capable of handling operational challenges.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Lifeguard certification or safety training (added advantage).
- First Aid / CPR knowledge.
- Experience in customer service or hospitality operations.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
