We are seeking a dedicated Site Inventory Supervisor to oversee inventory management at our construction site in Vatakara.

**Job Summary**:
As a Site Inventory Supervisor at KIEC LLP, you will be responsible for overseeing the inventory management process at the construction site in Vatakara. Your role will include managing the storage and organization of materials and equipment, ensuring accurate record-keeping, coordinating with procurement teams, and maintaining efficient inventory control. You will play a key role in ensuring that the construction site has the necessary resources to complete projects efficiently and within budget.

**Responsibilities**:

- **Inventory Management**:

- Oversee the storage and organization of construction materials and equipment at the Vatakara site.
- Monitor inventory levels and identify potential shortages or excesses.
- Maintain accurate records of inventory transactions and stock levels.
- **Procurement Coordination**:

- Work with procurement teams to coordinate the delivery of materials and equipment to the Vatakara site.
- Communicate with suppliers and vendors to track orders and resolve any discrepancies.
- Assist in sourcing materials and negotiating prices to ensure cost-effectiveness.
- **Inventory Control**:

- Implement and maintain efficient inventory control processes to minimize waste and maximize resource utilization.
- Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
- Manage and monitor the use of equipment and tools to prevent loss or damage.
- **Documentation and Reporting**:

- Prepare reports on inventory status, usage, and procurement for management review.
- Document any issues with materials or equipment and escalate concerns as needed.
- Provide regular updates to project managers on inventory-related matters.
- **Team Collaboration**:

- Work closely with site supervisors and construction teams to understand inventory needs and priorities.
- Assist in planning and coordinating the delivery of materials to different project areas.
- Support training and guidance for team members on proper inventory management practices.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration (BBA), Commerce (BCom), Logistics, or a related field.
- 1 or more years of experience in inventory management, preferably in a construction environment.
- Strong knowledge and proficiency in MS Excel or Google Sheets.
- Strong organizational and record-keeping skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with construction materials, tools, and equipment.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.

**Compensation and Benefits**:

- Monthly salary starting from INR 9,500 to INR 13,500.
- Daily food allowance of INR 150.
- One casual leave per month.
- Sundays as weekly offs.
- Leave encashment benefits.
