Junior Graphic Designer

You are responsible for:
Graphic Design Software Proficiency - Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign, PPT and XD is essential. Knowledge of other tools like Sketch and Figma may also be beneficial.

Understanding of Design Principles - Familiarity with fundamental design principles such as layout, typography, color theory, and composition is crucial for creating visually appealing and effective designs.

Creativity and Innovation - Ability to think creatively and generate innovative design concepts that meet client objectives and effectively communicate messages

Attention to Detail - Strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy and consistency in design elements such as typography, spacing, and alignment.

Communication Skills - Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, to collaborate with team members, understand client needs, and present design ideas.

Time Management and Organization - Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks effectively, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Knowledge of Print and Digital Design - Understanding of the differences between print and digital design requirements, including file formats, color modes, and resolution.

Adaptability and Willingness to Learn - Eagerness to learn new skills, stay updated with industry trends and technologies, and adapt to evolving design standards and client preferences.

Team Collaboration - Ability to work collaboratively with other designers, copywriters, marketers, and clients to achieve project goals and deliver high-quality design solutions.

About you:
Your impact:
"- Should possess 1-2 years of experience in Digital and print medium designs, User Interface

Designing (UI Design), desktop and mobile version
- Software Skill/Expertise: Should possess experience working with Figma, Adobe XD, and Sketch,

as well as proficiency in Adobe lnDesign, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe XD, Illustrator, and MS PowerPoint.
- A strong portfolio of UI Design, illustrations or other graphics
- Significant expertise with design systems, will be an added advantage
- Should possess excellent drafting skills and sophisticated use of colour and in-depth domain

knowledge
- Should be detail oriented, well organized and timeline driven
- Should possess good oral and written communication skills with the ability to multitask
- Educational Background - Graduate/Post-Graduate with relevant years of experience.

Preferably Fine Arts Graduation."
