**Job Title**: E-Commerce Catalog Executive

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive **E-Commerce Catalog Executive** to join our team. You will be responsible for managing product listings across platforms such as **Amazon, Flipkart, Shopify, Meesho, Nykaa**, and more, ensuring accuracy, optimization, and smooth order processing.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Platform Knowledge**: Must be familiar with **Amazon** and **Flipkart** operations.
- **Order Processing**: Efficiently manage orders from multiple e-commerce platforms.
- **Product Listing**: Create, update, and optimize product listings as per platform requirements.
- **Reports & Finance Support**: Prepare and handle reports for the finance department.
- **Return Management**: Track, process, and control product returns end-to-end.
- **Ticket Handling**: Raise and follow up on support tickets, including return claims.
- **Communication**: Maintain clear and professional oral & written communication.
- **Market Insights**: Monitor account health, ad campaigns, product performance, and market trends to improve sales strategies.

**Experience & Skills**:

- 1-3 years of relevant experience preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

**Job Details**:

- **Salary**: ₹15,000 - ₹20,000 per month (based on interview performance)
- **Working Days**: 6 days/week
- **Timings**: 10:00 AM - 07:00 PM
- **Work Mode**: On-site (Not Work-from-Home)

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
