QS (MEP/Interiors) The position requires effective management of all type of quantities & cost relating to MEP/Interiors etc.

Qualification: B.E., Civil with minimum 7-10 yrs. experience in QS, Costing & BOQ, Procurement.

**Roles & Responsibilities**:

- Evaluation of Tender / Contract documents and Bill of Quantities
- Quantification of Variations as per revised drawings / specification and follow-up with Main Contracts / Project Managers for Site Work Instruction.
- Scheduling & Monitoring the Progress of the works, delays & disruption of the Project and Preparation of Claims for delays & Time Extension and associated costs.
- Pricing of Variation claims, evaluation with Main Contractors / Project Managers and Finalization of Variation Orders.
- Provide and maintain all backup documentation required for substations of claims / invoices
- Preparation of forecasts, budgets and cost control measures.
- Monthly Progressive Billing / Invoicing and follow-up for timely payments
- Maintenance and control of records related to all commercial activities as required by the contract conditions.
- Forwarding contractual correspondences to the Main Contractor / Project Manager and Sub-contracts related to the contractual issues.
- Preparation of Cost reports at various stages of projects i.e, Feasibility design, conceptual design, schematic design and detailed design,
- Sending enquires and obtaining prices, analyse the prices, prepare material and labour cost estimation and bid price.
- Non-tender rate negotiation with vendor.
- Quantity take off from GFC/ Tender drawings, Case flow and budget tracking
- Budget Tracking, Value Engineering & Cost Control.
- Preparation of pre-tender & post-tender estimated BOQ.
- Coordinating with Consultants & PMC for collecting drawings, sending RFI and rectifying the same.
- Utilising resources, organizing and monitoring the team members.

**Skills**:

- Well versed in MS office - Excel, Word, PPT
- Good communication skills are essential.
- Should have handled large town ships, multi storied apartments & commercial buildings.
- Well conversant in drafting contract conditions, specifications & item description
- Good at sourcing suitable contractors for specific jobs.
- Should have good working knowledge of Auto Cadd.
- Should have good negotiation skills.

Pay: ₹900,000.00 - ₹10,000,000.00 per year
