**UX Designer(Researcher) Job Description**

We are looking for an experienced UX Designer to join SmartQ. You will be responsible for helping define and drive the future of our products. You will reveal what our users need from our products by conducting research, working with cross-functional teams, and performing usability studies. These responsibilities also include inspiring change, delivering oral and written presentations, evaluating qualitative and quantitative data, and helping the UX team better understand what would make a user’s experience more intuitive, accessible,

and seamless.

**Responsibilities **
- Perform timely market research, industry and ethnographic research for the target audience.
- Advocate research findings to diverse audiences through written and oral
- presentations.
- Conduct, analyse & derive meaningful insights from quantitative and qualitative
- research.
- Work closely with various teams to identify problems and conduct research to build an efficient & effective product.
- Plan and implement user research strategies and methodologies to our products.
- Share knowledge & educate the team.
- Based on the research, should come up with right product flows(information
- architecture & wireframes) & define use cases.
- Provide best user experience for all the SmartQ products with the help of designers & developers.
- Perform usability testing with consumers using a diverse set of UX research tools.

**Requirements **
- 3+ years of UX design/research experience - Proven work experience as a UX designer/researcher or similar role - Experience working with designers and developers to improve the usability of- products and other features - Ability to quickly and effectively share research results - Ability to perform all research-related tasks including research, planning, evaluating, and iteration - Ability to formulate specific, answerable, and practical questions - Ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders and act as a strategic partner in- product decisions- Experience with remote testing tools - A strong desire for creative problem-solving with a positive attitude - Excellent time-management skills & communication
