**Job Role: Academic Counselor (Sales)**

**Location**: Noida
**Salary**: ₹30,000 - ₹50,000 per month
**Working Days**: Monday to Friday
**Experience Required**: 1-4 years

**Responsibilities**:
Counsel prospective students and guide them in choosing the right course.
Convert leads into enrollments by explaining program benefits.
Maintain follow-ups and ensure high conversion rates.
Collaborate with the marketing team for student outreach.
Achieve sales targets and contribute to revenue growth.

**Requirements**:
✔ 1-4 years of experience in academic counseling, edtech sales, or similar roles.
✔ Excellent communication and persuasion skills.
✔ Goal-oriented mindset with a passion for sales.
✔ Ability to handle student queries and objections professionally.
✔ Strong organizational and follow-up skills.
