**Qualifications and Skills**
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
- 1 to 3 years of experience in electrical site supervision.
- Proficient in electrical systems design and construction management.
- Solid understanding of project management principles and practices.
- Experienced in quality control processes within electrical projects.
- Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

**Roles and Responsibilities**
- Supervise electrical installations and ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations.
- Coordinate and manage electrical projects from inception to completion.
- Conduct site inspections to monitor progress and assess compliance with design specifications.
- Collaborate with contractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure timely project delivery.
- Prepare and review technical specifications, drawings, and documentation.
- Implement quality control measures to guarantee the highest standards of workmanship.
- Identify and troubleshoot issues that arise during electrical installations.
- Provide regular updates and reports to project managers and senior management.
