
Sales & Marketing Supervisor

Bachelor’s degree preferred
- 2+ years’ direct or inside sales experience
- Meet weekly, monthly, and annual sales quotas through the successful implementation of sales and marketing strategies and tactics
- Good communication skills with good convincing power.
- Assist the Head of Sales & Marketing in all daily tasks and matter within the Sales & Marketing Department.
- Lead and drive sales and marketing efforts in Our Company, including identifying potential customers and projects, initiate customer visits, perform site surveys, prepare sales proposals, quotations and contracts, follow up and engage in negotiations with customers while ensuring compliance to Company pricing policies.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships, while supporting customers in their project requirements and enquiries.
- Relentless pursuit of new projects and markets to optimize the deployment of our Company assets and achieve sales targets set by our Company.
- Build and sustain clients through calls, correspondence, presentations, and the designing of solutions including after Sales service.
- Proactively identify new potential clients and initiate follow up, close the sales, within the assigned segments of operation.
- Identify new avenues and prospects for the sale of company products and arrange for presentations.
- Prepare and make a report on market analysis, competitor analysis and market trends.
- Identify product improvements or new products by remaining current on industry trends.
- Prospect for new business and manage customer follow-up system.
- Well-groomed individual with strong interpersonal, communication and written skills.
- Team player with strong work ethics, initiative and ability to multi-task under tight timelines.
- Able to read and understand architectural and structural drawings as well as AutoCAD will be an advantage.
Pay: From ₹15,000.00 per month
