Relevant Experience in **Procurement/Documentation** **4 to 5 years**

- Able to develop new vendors
- Ability to change focus based on project demands, and remain motivated
- Systematic documentation skills
- Preparation of tender documents
- Preparation of RFQ documents
- Follow up with vendors for quotations
- Negotiations with vendors for better pricing
- Prepare techno-commercial evaluations and obtain approvals from technical and senior management
- Preparation of Purchase Orders / Contracts
- Expediting with suppliers for timely delivery of goods to site
- Co-ordination with finance to ensure timely payments to vendors
- Upload documents in timely manner in project drive/ repository for proper data management / MIS reports
- Travel to project site/s if situation requires travel
- Develop new vendors
- Support in ERP software implementation

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

Pay: From ₹500,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Morning shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Gujrat, West Bengal: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
