Key Responsibilities

Project Planning & Execution

● Develop and manage project execution plans, ensuring alignment with approved schedules and budgets.

● Coordinate with engineering and procurement teams to ensure timely delivery of materials and equipment.

● Supervise and guide site activities across civil, mechanical, and electrical disciplines.

● Monitor construction milestones, resolve bottlenecks, and ensure adherence to project timelines. Site Supervision & Vendor Coordination

● Regularly visit multiple project sites to oversee progress and quality of execution.

● Manage and coordinate contractors, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure timely completion of tasks.

● Enforce safety practices and ensure compliance with statutory requirements at all sites. Technical Oversight

● Review electrical drawings, Single Line Diagrams (SLDs), and other technical documents. ● Verify site installations against design specifications and quality standards.

● Support in commissioning activities, grid synchronization, and handover to O&M teams. Reporting & Documentation

● Maintain project dashboards and submit regular progress reports to the head office.

Track daily/weekly site activities, manpower deployment, and material usage.

● Document delays, risks, and corrective actions, ensuring transparency in project performance. Stakeholder Management

● Act as the central point of contact between site teams, vendors, and senior management. ● Liaise with DISCOMs, government authorities, and local stakeholders for inspections and approvals.

● Provide clear communication to clients on progress and address site-level concerns. Required Skills & Experience

● Education: B.E. / B.Tech in Electrical Engineering (mandatory).

● Experience: Minimum 7 years in execution of utility-scale or C&I ground-mounted solar projects (5 MW+).

● Strong knowledge of solar PV systems, inverters, transformers, cabling, and grid integration.

● Proven track record of managing multiple sites simultaneously.

● Familiarity with project management tools (Zoho, MS Project, or equivalent).

● Vendor and contractor management expertise.

● Understanding of regulatory processes and DISCOM approvals.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹60, ₹70,000.00 per month
