**What You'll Bring**:
Technical Skills:

- You will assist and lead activities related to the integration and transformatio of recent acquisition of companies.
- You will work with architects, delivery leaders, program/project managers and financial analysts to lead Core Integrations. You will communicate any monthly/quarterly Technical and business roadmaps and financial variance.
- You will have a high level of Integraion and Architecure.
- You must be a critical thinker, excel in organizational skills, comfort with asking probing questions and comfortable working with senior level leaders.

Execution & Collaboration:

- You will be able to work in a fast-paced environment, be able to deliver results by collaborating with the technology team members, and adjust priorities as required.
- You must have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal as well as having strong presentation skills to communicate with senior IT leadership.
- You will be a team player.

**Impact You'll Make**:
Our M&A Enterprise Architecture team provides the leadership and oversight for the pre-diligence, due diligence, and integration of New Business Development efforts, M&A’s, and Investments by executing various activities that are in-scope of our technical and information security programs. We are seeking a skilled IT M&A Analyst to join our team.
As a Global M&A IT M&A Architect, you will be working in an emerging role within our M&A group within the Enterprise Architecture organization at TransUnion. Our dynamic team has grown it business practices and looking for skilled additions to further move the needle on a global scale.
Your role in this team will be to help make our data actionable to educate current and future process improvement.
