**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute comprehensive fundraising plans to meet annual revenue targets and support organizational goals.
- Identify and research potential funding sources, including individual donors, corporate sponsors, foundations, and government grants.
- Cultivate relationships with existing and prospective donors through personalized communication, meetings, and engagement activities.
- Prepare compelling grant proposals, solicitation letters, and fundraising appeals to effectively communicate our mission, impact, and funding needs.
- Coordinate fundraising events and campaigns, including logistics, marketing, volunteer recruitment, and donor stewardship.
- Collaborate with program staff to align fundraising efforts with programmatic priorities and funding requirements.
- Maintain accurate donor records, gift acknowledgments, and fundraising reports using donor management software.
- Stay informed about trends, best practices, and regulations in fundraising and philanthropy to enhance effectiveness and compliance.
- Represent the organization at networking events, conferences, and community gatherings to raise awareness and support for our mission.
- Work closely with the finance team to ensure transparent and accountable financial management practices in fundraising activities.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in nonprofit management, fundraising, marketing, or related field (preferred).
- Proven experience in fundraising, development, or sales, preferably in the nonprofit sector.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling messages and proposals.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and execute fundraising plans and strategies.
- Highly organized with excellent project management skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Proficiency in donor management software, Microsoft Office suite, and online fundraising platforms.
- Passion for the mission and values of the organization, with a commitment to social justice and equity.
- Flexibility to work occasional evenings and weekends for fundraising events and activities.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
