▶ Telephonic and remote support from Microsoft & Vendor support team.

▶ Resources would be available to help with the questions and issues related to Thermax account and Office 365 licenses

▶ Critical: Events that prevent Thermax from accessing or using office 365 services or data, severely impact deadlines or profitability, or affect multiple users or services.

▶ Service Health Dashboard:

- Configuring / modification of user’s policy, security policy.
- User’s maintenance / mailbox & data recovery.
- Maintenance Support through:
▶ Online Support

▶ Telephonic Support

▶ Troubleshooting support by vendor

▶ Service upgrades/updates

▶ Back to back support with OEM as per severity of issue. It's the responsibility of Atos to coordinate with Microsoft for early resolution of issues

▶ Registration\Activation\Profile Updating\Deactivation\Deletion\Password Modification of users in Single\Group\Bulk (using csv/.xls files).

▶ User Alias Creation\Deletion\Modification in Single\Group\Bulk (using csv/.xls files)

▶ Group Creation/Deletion/Modification in Single\Bulk (using csv/.xls files)

▶ Policy configuration of user in Single\Group\Bulk (using csv/.xls files)

▶ Policy based provision to allot\modify user mailbox quota

**Salary**: ₹335,760.75 - ₹624,416.21 per year
