Key Responsibilities:

- Operate and maintain boilers and related equipment in a safe and efficient manner.
- Monitor and control boiler systems to ensure they operate within specified parameters, such as pressure, temperature, and water levels.
- Perform routine inspections of boiler systems, including gauges, valves, pumps, and associated components, to check for proper functioning.
- Conduct regular maintenance tasks, including cleaning, lubricating, and repairing boiler components to prevent breakdowns and ensure optimal performance.
- Manage fuel sources and feed systems, such as coal, natural gas, or oil, to maintain appropriate combustion rates and heat production.
- Monitor and adjust control systems, such as burners and dampers, to maintain desired boiler output.
- Record and maintain logs and records of boiler operation, including fuel consumption, maintenance tasks, and any unusual occurrences.
- Respond to alarms or malfunctions and take corrective action to resolve issues quickly and safely.
- Adhere to safety protocols and regulations to prevent accidents and ensure the well-being of all personnel in the area.
- Collaborate with maintenance and engineering teams to plan and execute major repairs and upgrades to boiler systems.
- Assist in the training of junior boiler operators and provide guidance on safe and efficient boiler operation.
- Perform water quality tests and add chemicals or treatments to maintain water quality and prevent corrosion or scaling.
- Ensure compliance with environmental regulations regarding emissions and disposal of waste materials from the boiler system.

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
