We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Social Media Trainee. This entry-level position is ideal for someone with a passion for social media, marketing, and communications. As a Social Media Trainee, you will work closely with our social media team to develop and implement engaging content across various platforms.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist in creating compelling and visually appealing content for various social media platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn.
- Engage with the online community by responding to comments, messages, and mentions in a timely and professional manner.
- Monitor and manage the day-to-day activities on social media platforms.
- Conduct research on industry trends and competitor activities to enhance our social media strategy.
- Assist in tracking and analyzing key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of social media campaigns.
- Generate regular reports to provide insights into social media performance and suggest improvements.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions to contribute creative ideas for social media campaigns.
- Research and identify trending topics and hashtags relevant to psychology and mental health.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Internship
Contract length: 6 months

**Salary**: ₹2,000.00 - ₹5,000.00 per month

Expected hours: 20 per week
