Job Title: Tekla Structures Modeler

**Location**: [Chennai - India]

**Job Type**: [Full-Time/Part-Time/Contract]
**Reports To**: [Lead Engineer]

Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:

- Develop detailed 3D models using Tekla Structures for modular construction projects.
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and project managers to understand project requirements and specifications.
- Create shop drawings, fabrication details, and assembly instructions from models.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and client specifications.
- Perform clash detection and coordinate with other trades to resolve conflicts.
- Participate in project meetings and provide updates on modeling progress.
- Assist in the preparation of project documentation and reports.
- Provide training and support to junior modelers as needed.
- Stay updated on Tekla Structures software developments and best practices.

Qualifications:

- BE/Diploma/ITI
- Proven experience in using Tekla Structures, preferably in modular construction.
- Strong understanding of construction processes, materials, and building codes.
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
