**Job Overview**:
As a Sales Officer, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our steel products to potential clients in the Bangalore region. This role is ideal for freshers who are passionate about sales, possess excellent communication skills, and have a strong interest in the steel industry. Two-wheeler ownership is mandatory as the job involves frequent travel within the city.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct market research to identify potential clients and market opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets through effective planning and execution of sales strategies.
- Provide product information and technical assistance to customers.
- Prepare and present sales proposals and quotations to clients.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement promotional activities.
- Keep abreast of industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
- Prepare regular sales reports and updates for management.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
- Results-oriented with a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- Two-wheeler ownership and a valid driving license are mandatory.

**Salary**: From ₹18,000.00 per month
