**Job Overview**:
**Responsibilities**:
**Conduct Mechanical Tests**: Perform a variety of mechanical tests on materials, components, and finished products according to established standards and protocols.

**Equipment Operation**: Operate and maintain a range of mechanical testing equipment and instrumentation, ensuring accurate and reliable test results.

**Data Collection and Analysis**: Record and analyze test data, noting any deviations or abnormalities. Prepare comprehensive reports summarizing test results and observations.

**Calibration**: Regularly calibrate and maintain testing equipment to ensure accuracy and compliance with industry standards.

**Quality Control**: Implement and adhere to quality control procedures to ensure the integrity of testing processes and data.

**Collaboration**: Work closely with engineers and other team members to support ongoing projects and research initiatives.

**Safety Compliance**: Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines to create a secure working environment. Report any safety concerns or incidents promptly.

**Documentation**: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of testing activities, equipment maintenance, and calibration schedules.

**Qualifications**:

- B. Tech / M. Tech in Mechanical Engineering
- Proven experience as a Mechanical Lab Technician or a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of mechanical testing methods and procedures.
- Familiarity with industry standards and protocols.
- Proficient in the use and maintenance of mechanical testing equipment.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Effective communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
