Tellecaller

As a Telemarketing Representative you will be at the forefront of our customer engagement efforts. Your primary responsibility will be to make outbound calls, introduce our products/services, and create positive interactions with potential customers.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Outbound Calls**: Place outbound calls to potential customers to introduce them to our products/services and assess their needs.
- **Customer Engagement**: Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner, addressing their inquiries and building rapport.
- **Product Knowledge**: Develop a basic understanding of our offerings to effectively communicate key features and benefits.
- **Lead Qualification**: Identify and qualify potential leads based on established criteria.
- **Database Management**: Maintain accurate and updated records of customer information and interactions in the company's database.
- **Follow-up**: Conduct follow-up calls to nurture leads and provide additional information as needed.
- **Team Collaboration**: Collaborate with team members to share insights, strategies, and contribute to a positive working environment.

**Qualifications**:

- Excellent verbal communication skills.
- Positive attitude and a friendly, engaging phone demeanor.
- Basic computer skills.
- Ability to handle rejection and remain persistent in reaching goals.
- Previous telemarketing or customer service experience is a plus but not required.

Pay: ₹7,000.00 - ₹9,000.00 per month
