Job Title: Telecaller

**Job Description**:
We are looking for enthusiastic and results-driven individuals to join our team as Telecallers. As a Telecaller, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, introducing them to our products or services, and persuading them to make a purchase or set up appointments. This is an exciting opportunity for individuals with excellent communication skills and a passion for sales.

**Responsibilities**:
1. Make outbound calls to prospective customers using a provided list or database.

2. Introduce our products or services to potential customers and explain their features and benefits.

3. Engage with customers in a professional and courteous manner to build rapport and trust.

4. Persuade customers to make a purchase or schedule appointments for further discussion.

5. Follow up on leads and inquiries generated through marketing campaigns or other channels.

6. Maintain accurate records of calls and customer interactions in the CRM system.

7. Meet or exceed daily and monthly sales targets set by the team leader or manager.

8. Provide feedback to the sales team on customer preferences and objections encountered during calls.

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹11,000.00 per month

- Day shift

Work Location: In person
