**Job Description: JEE Teacher**

**Responsibilities**:

- **Curriculum Development**: Design and develop a comprehensive curriculum aligned with JEE syllabus, ensuring coverage of all topics and concepts.
- **Lesson Planning**: Plan and prepare engaging and interactive lessons to facilitate effective learning for students preparing for JEE.
- **Instruction Delivery**: Deliver lectures, conduct demonstrations, and facilitate discussions to explain complex concepts and theories related to Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics.
- **Problem Solving**: Assist students in solving problems, answering queries, and clarifying doubts related to JEE exam topics.
- **Assessment and Evaluation**: Create and administer regular assessments, tests, and mock exams to evaluate students' understanding and progress.
- **Feedback and Support**: Provide constructive feedback to students on their performance and offer additional support and guidance as needed.
- **Mentoring**: Mentor students individually or in small groups to help them overcome challenges and enhance their academic performance.
- **Stay Updated**: Keep abreast of latest developments in JEE exam pattern, syllabus changes, and relevant teaching methodologies.
- **Parent Communication**: Maintain open communication with parents/guardians regarding students' progress, achievements, and areas needing improvement.
- **Classroom Management**: Maintain discipline and conducive learning environment in the classroom, ensuring students' focus and participation.

**Qualifications**:

- **Educational Background**: A Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics, Engineering).
- **Subject Matter Expertise**: In-depth knowledge and understanding of Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics topics covered in JEE exam.
- **Teaching Experience**: Previous experience in teaching JEE aspirants or similar competitive exams is preferred.
- **Communication Skills**: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to convey complex concepts effectively.
- **Interpersonal Skills**: Ability to build rapport with students, motivate them, and foster a positive learning environment.
- **Adaptability**: Flexibility to adjust teaching strategies and techniques based on students' learning styles and needs.
- **Organizational Skills**: Strong organizational skills to manage lesson planning, assessments, and other administrative tasks efficiently.
- **Technology Proficiency**: Familiarity with educational technology tools and resources to enhance teaching and learning experience.

**Salary**: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
