**Responsibilities**:
- Manage day-to-day operations of our e-commerce platforms (website, marketplace accounts, etc.).
- Ensure product listings are accurate, up-to-date, and optimized for search and conversions.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with relevant teams to maintain stock availability.
- Implement strategies to improve website traffic, conversion rates, and average order value.
- Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns to drive traffic and sales.
- Analyze campaign performance and adjust strategies based on insights and ROI.
- Enhance the overall customer journey from browsing to post-purchase.
- Optimize checkout processes, shipping options, and customer service support.
- Monitor customer reviews and feedback, taking proactive steps to address issues and improve satisfaction.
- Track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as traffic, conversion rates, and revenue.
- Generate reports and provide actionable insights to the management team.
- Identify trends and opportunities for growth, proposing strategic initiatives accordingly.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, sales, and operations.
- Stay updated with industry trends, technologies, and best practices.
- Contribute innovative ideas to drive continuous improvement and revenue growth.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proven experience (minimum 1 year) in an e-commerce role with a successful track record.
- Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, WooCommerce) and digital marketing tools.
- Proficiency in web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) and data-driven decision-making.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex data and make strategic recommendations.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Passion for e-commerce and a customer-centric approach.
Pay: ₹250,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
