We are seeking a motivated and articulate **Outbound Telecaller** to join our sales team in Gurgaon. The role involves reaching out to potential customers, understanding their solar energy requirements, and generating qualified leads for the business.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Make **outbound calls** to potential customers to promote solar energy solutions.
- Educate prospects about the benefits and savings of switching to solar energy.
- Generate and qualify leads for the sales team.
- Maintain accurate call logs, lead status, and follow-up records.
- Coordinate with the field sales team to schedule site visits or meetings.
- Achieve daily and monthly targets for calls and lead generation.
- Provide timely feedback from customers to improve communication and strategy.

**Required Skills**:

- Excellent communication in English and Hindi.
- Strong persuasive and listening skills.
- Confident, target-oriented, and proactive attitude.
- Basic understanding of solar products or a willingness to learn.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.

**Qualifications**
- Graduate in any discipline.
- 1-3 years of experience in outbound telecalling, telesales, or lead generation (preferably in solar or renewable energy sector.

**Special Requirements**
