**Position Title**: Junior Architect (Fresher or 1 year Exp)
**Department**: Design and Projects (Health Care)
**Reports To**: Senior Architect / Project Director

About the Role

Key Responsibilities
- Assist senior architects in developing architectural working drawings, layouts, and detailed construction documents
- Prepare 3D visualizations and renders using software such as Revit, SketchUp, V-Ray, Lumion, or similar tools
- Collaborate with the team to incorporate design concepts, materials, and technical details into project documentation
- Conduct site visits to gather data, assess project progress, and understand site-specific challenges
- Research and ensure compliance with local building codes, standards, and sustainability principles
- Support in client presentations by preparing visual content and design proposals
- Coordinate with structural, MEP, and other consultants to ensure integrated project delivery
- Maintain organized project files, drawings, and revision histories

Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture (B.Arch) or equivalent
- Up to 1 year of experience in creating working drawings, 3D renders, or related tasks
- Experience or familiarity with hospital or healthcare building design is a plus
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and other relevant software such as Lumion, V-Ray, or Photoshop
- Basic knowledge of building codes, zoning laws, and sustainability standards
- Strong visualization and drafting skills with an eye for detail
- Good communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment

Desired Skills & Software Proficiency
- AutoCAD: Drafting detailed working drawings and plans
- Revit: Building Information Modeling (BIM) and 3D modeling
- SketchUp: Quick conceptual modeling and visualization
- Lumion / V-Ray / Photoshop: High-quality rendering and visual presentation
- Knowledge of hospital design: Experience or understanding of healthcare facility requirements is an advantage

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working on healthcare or hospital projects
- Strong portfolio showcasing design and visualization skills

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Morning shift
- Weekend availability
