**Fashion Designer - Ethnic Menswear (Full-Time)**

**Location**: Surat, Gujarat

**About Us**:
Cotton Culture is a retail brand specializing in high-quality ethnic wear for men. We blend tradition with modern style, offering kurtas, jackets, and cotton outfits for every occasion. We are now looking for a creative and trend-savvy **Fashion Designer** to join our team.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Design and develop ethnic menswear collections (kurtas, jackets, Pathani suits, etc.)
- Research current trends in ethnic and fusion menswear
- Create design sketches, tech packs, and mood boards
- Work closely with the production and fabric sourcing teams
- Conduct fittings and finalize garment construction
- Innovate with prints, embroidery, and fabric types
- Ensure designs are cost-effective and production-ready

**Requirements**:

- Degree/Diploma in Fashion Design or related field
- 1-3 years experience in ethnic wear (menswear preferred)
- Knowledge of fabrics, trims, and garment construction
- Creativity, attention to detail, and market awareness

**Salary**: Based on experience + performance incentives

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
