
Front Desk Receptionist

**Job Summary**:
The Front Desk Receptionist serves as the first point of contact for clients, visitors, and staff, ensuring a positive and welcoming experience. This role involves managing phone calls, scheduling appointments, handling inquiries, and providing general administrative support.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Greet and Welcome Visitors**: Warmly greet and assist all visitors upon arrival, ensuring a friendly and professional first impression.
- **Answer and Direct Phone Calls**: Manage incoming calls, provide information, take messages, and direct calls to appropriate personnel.
- **Manage Appointments and Schedules**: Schedule and confirm appointments for clients and staff, maintain an organized calendar, and manage meeting room bookings.
- **Administrative Support**: Assist with a variety of clerical tasks including filing, data entry, and managing correspondence.
- **Maintain Reception Area**: Ensure the reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary materials (e.g., pens, forms, brochures) readily available.
- **Security and Compliance**: Monitor visitor access and maintain security by following procedures and issuing visitor badges. Comply with all health and safety regulations.
- **Coordinate Deliveries and Mail**: Receive and distribute daily mail and deliveries, manage courier services as required.
**Qualifications**:
- **Education**: High School diploma or equivalent required; additional certification in Office Management is a plus.
- **Experience**: Prior experience as a receptionist or in a related field is preferred.
- **FRESHERS ALSO WELCOME but with Excellent Comms (Eng/Hindi & Telugu)**:
- **Technical Skills**: Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), familiarity with office equipment (e.g., fax machines, printers).
- **Communication Skills**: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- **Customer Service**: Strong customer service orientation with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- **Organizational Skills**: Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- **Attention to Detail**: Keen attention to detail and ability to follow procedures accurately.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
