3D Visualizer is responsible for creating accurate and detailed 3D renderings of interior spaces, architectural elements, and joinery/furniture layouts.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- 3D Modeling & Rendering:

- Create 3D models of interior layouts, partitions, ceiling designs, flooring, custom furniture, and joinery details.
- Develop photorealistic renders using CAD drawings, mood boards, or conceptual sketches.
- Technical Coordination:

- Collaborate with architects, interior designers, engineers, and site teams.
- Interpret 2D technical drawings and transform them into detailed 3D visuals.
- Client Presentation:

- Produce high-quality static images, virtual walkthroughs, or videos.
- Present multiple design options and modify based on client feedback.
- Software Expertise:

- Work with AutoCAD/Revit for layout import.
- Use tools like 3ds Max, V-Ray, Lumion, SketchUp, or Enscape for modeling and rendering.
- Use Photoshop or Illustrator for presentation boards.
- Design Detailing:

- Accurately model textures, finishes, light fixtures, MEP elements, ceiling patterns, furniture joinery, etc.
- Site and Material Coordination:

- Coordinate with procurement/supplier teams to ensure materials in renders match actual materials available.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Qualification: Basic degree + Certification in 3D
- Experience: Gulf experience preferred
- Minimum Experience -5 years in the middle east.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
