**Overview**:
We are seeking a hardworking Product Owner who will provide Enterprise product expertise. Communication and stakeholder engagement is key to this role, along with strategic thinking and the ability to break problems down and collaboratively find solutions. This role needs an entrepreneurial mindset and real-world experience distilling business value and goals into roadmaps, refined product backlogs, and Designing building, releasing, and maintaining products.

**Responsibilities**:

- Work closely with product management/business teams to create and maintain a product backlog according to business value or ROI
- Collaborate with stakeholders to craft the vision and concept development of a product
- Take the lead of scrum teams, defining the product vision, roadmap, and growth opportunities, and communicating with stakeholders throughout the project

Work with internal and external contacts to analyse needs and align product roadmap to strategic goals
- Working with colleagues from other disciplines, including test engineers, product owners, Scrum Masters, UX/UI designers, and software engineers in our Enterprise cloud team
- Actively participate in the POC/POVs

**Job Skills**:

- Ability to contribute to defining objectives to improve and measure metrics continuously.
- Ability to define, deliver, and adapt specialized products/services to meet customer needs by selecting the best possible approaches available within established systems;
- Ability to identify and engage key stakeholders to regularly communicate updates and issues, and ensure stakeholder signoff;
- Working effectively to ensure a coordinated and collaborative approach to delivering change;
- Ability to listen, reflect and respect the views of others as well as being able to communicate your own opinion but you're not strongly tied to it;
- Being a self-starter, who encourages and motivates the teams around you.
- Previously worked on SaaS/PaaS products, preferably in small-medium sized organisations
- You have advanced knowledge of Agile methodologies e.g. Scrum
- You have experience in managing all stages of the product lifecycle from concept to productization.
- You're a dynamic character with strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple concurrent projects
- You have excellent written and verbal communication skills

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in related discipline
- 5+ years’ experience
- In-depth knowledge of agile process and principles
- Understanding of business value around feature/functions
- Outstanding communication, presentation, and leadership skills
- Sharp analytical and problem-solving skills
- Master’s degree a plus
- Proficiency with applicable work management technology and tools
