Clinic Receptionist

We are hiring for

**Designation**: Clinic Receptionist ( Only Female)

**Salary**: 20k-25k Permonth

**Job Location**:Juhu and Dombivali East

**Experience**: 2-3 Years

**Should know to Speak Marathi, Hindi and English**

**Shift Day Shift (10 am to 7 pm), Thursday Week off**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Greet and assist patients and visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
- Schedule and manage appointments efficiently, ensuring mínimal wait times.
- Handle incoming phone calls, respond to inquiries, and provide accurate information about the clinic's services.
- Maintain patient records, update files, and ensure confidentiality of all medical and personal information.
- Process billing, payments, and insurance claims accurately.
- Coordinate with doctors and staff to ensure smooth clinic operations.
- Manage inventory of reception supplies and maintain the cleanliness of the reception area.
- Address patient concerns or escalate issues to the appropriate department.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a similar role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in using computer systems and appointment scheduling software.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Friendly and patient demeanor, with a focus on customer service.
