**Job Title**: Clinic Receptionist

**Location: Juhu and Dombivali East**
**Salary: 20-25k Per month + PF and Incentives**

**Thursday is a week off and Saturday and Subdaywould be working**

**Need someone who can speak**: Marathi, English, and Hindi

**Shift Timing: 10 AM**-**7 PM**

**Responsibilities**:

- Greet and assist patients and visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
- Answer phone calls, schedule appointments, and provide information about services.
- Handle patient check-ins, updates, and maintain accurate records.
- Coordinate with medical staff to ensure smooth patient flow.
- Manage patient inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure high-quality service.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front desk area.
- Process payments and insurance details as needed.

**Qualifications**:

- **Diploma**, **Graduation** in any field, or **B. Pharma**.
- Previous experience as a Front Desk Receptionist, preferably in a hospital or clinic.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Proficient in MS Office and clinic management software.
- Ability to handle a fast-paced work environment.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
