- 1- Process Engineering- Process design calculations
- Technical information/data analysis
- Technical document review
- 2- Engineering Review and Detailed Engineering Support- Review of Process drawings like PFDs, P&IDs, etc.
- Review of Process Data Sheets, Equipment Datasheets, Line Schedule, Interconnection Piping, Plot Plan, Utility Flow Diagram, etc.
- Involve in Hazop study, 3D Model review, Vendor documents’ review, etc.
- 3- Technology Selection- Preparation of Enquiry Documents for various process units.
- Techno-commercial evaluation
- Internal & External coordination, etc.
- 4- Preparation of Pre-feasibility/ Detailed Feasibility Reports on potential projects- Providing key inputs like process description, technology features, utilities description, material balance, effluent management, etc.
- 5- Simulation Study- Validating various operating and design parameters of technology packages provided by Licensors using different simulation software like KBC Petro-SIM, PRO-II, HTRI etc.
- 6- Conceptual Studies- Analytical & Optimization work for value addition to existing systemPreparation of business notes/ Presentations- **KEY CHALLENGES
1. Develop and support new, feasible, and profitable projects for the Business.
