- Preparing financial reports and estimates for clients regarding potential costs and returns of proposed projects.
- Meeting with clients to review proposals and discuss budgets and timelines.
- Reviewing bids from vendors for services such as advertising, printing, event planning, or catering.
- Monitoring project budgets and schedules to ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget.
- Reviewing contracts, bids, and proposals to ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards.
- Communicating with clients regularly during the life of a project to ensure that they are pleased with the progress being made.
- Ensuring that all legal requirements are met during the closing process, including obtaining any necessary signatures or certifications from appropriate parties.
- Negotiating price adjustments with clients when necessary based on changing market conditions.
- Preparing closing documents such as purchase contracts, escrow agreements, title policies, and closing statements.

**Job Type**: Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
