- Having good knowledge of US TAX terms like W2, 1099, Corp-to-Corp basis.
- Excellent proficiency and knowledge in recruiting techniques such as vendor networking, job boards (Dice, Monster, Carrier Builder, Tech Fetch, Ladders etc), Internet search and Internal Database.
- Understand Resource Requirements
- Source Right Profiles and Match with Requirements
- Format Profiles and Submit to Technical Team
- Schedule them for Interviews / Follow up etc.,
- Requirement Fulfillment Process, Open / Closed Positions
- Take Approvals and Release Offers & Joining Process.
