**About the role**

As a **Migration Architect II**, you will design, plan and implement Azure cloud solutions. We will count on you to lead and deliver projects that encompass systems architecture, proof-of-concept and deployment services. Along the way, you will get to:

- Lead clients through Cloud Adoption Framework and Well-Architected engagements
- Provide expertise to clients regarding enterprise networking, infrastructure, security and compliance topics both in the cloud and on-prem
- Write and update Infrastructure as Code (IaC) to deploy cloud solutions, leveraging reusable modules to minimize redundant code
- Writing and optimizing scripts in languages such as PowerShell, Python, or Bash, tailored to specific automation needs (e.g., infrastructure provisioning, deployment automation, system monitoring).

**What we’re looking for**
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field preferred
- Certifications in relevant technologies, cloud providers, or demonstration of ongoing learning
- 7+ years of experience in consulting services or similar roles focused on project-based work, and/or solution development.
- 3+ years of leading teammates or being part of large teams on projects
- Expert understanding of cloud infrastructure, primarily Azure
- Experience with executing different migration strategies such as rehosting, replatforming, rearchitecting.
- Expert with Cloud Adoption Frameworks and Well-Architected Frameworks; have solid experience delivering CAF and WAF engagements
- Experience with on-prem to cloud migrations
- Experience designing and deploying cloud architectures that include disaster recovery sites, as well as designing, implementing and executing failovers and failbacks
- In-depth experience in automation, Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC), Configuration-as-Code (CaC) and management of cloud hosted resources
