**Roles and Responsibilities**
- Develop and implement product planning strategies to meet business objectives.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and define product features.
- Create and maintain project timelines, ensuring timely delivery of products.
- Monitor and control project progress, identifying and resolving any issues that may arise.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure product quality and customer satisfaction.
- Manage inventory levels and ensure efficient production planning and control.
- Analyze market trends and competitors to identify opportunities for product improvement.
- Prepare reports and presentations on product performance and market analysis.
- Stay updated on industry developments and incorporate best practices into product planning and control processes.

**Qualifications and Skills**
- Diploma / Bachelor's degree in [Mechanical].
- 2 to 5 years of experience in product planning and control.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
- Proficient in project management software and tools.
- Knowledge of plastic Injection moulding area.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively in a team.

**Salary**: ₹300,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
