**Job Description: Home Appliance Repair Technician (3 years experience required)**

**Responsibilities**:

- Diagnose and troubleshoot issues in a range of household appliances, including refrigerators, washing machines, dishwashers, ovens, and more.
- Perform skilled repairs and replacements of malfunctioning components, such as motors, pumps, heating elements, electronic controls, and seals.
- Utilize specialized tools and testing equipment to accurately assess and address appliance problems.
- Stay current with the latest advancements in appliance technology, incorporating new repair techniques and best practices.
- Provide exceptional customer service by effectively communicating repair options, estimated costs, and completion timelines.
- Maintain detailed records of repairs, parts used, and work performed in our tracking system.
- Collaborate with fellow technicians to share insights and optimize repair processes.
- Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines while working with electrical systems and potentially hazardous materials.

Qualifications:

- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Home Appliance Repair Technician, with a proven track record of successful appliance repairs.
- Extensive knowledge of a wide range of household appliances, their components, and their functions.
- Proficiency in using diagnostic tools, soldering equipment, and other specialized tools for appliance repair.
- Strong problem-solving skills to identify and resolve complex technical issues efficiently.
- Excellent communication abilities to interact with customers, explaining repair options clearly and concisely.
- Meticulous attention to detail in maintaining accurate records and documentation.
- Adaptability to evolving appliance technologies and a commitment to staying informed about industry trends.
- Demonstrated commitment to safety practices when handling electrical systems and potentially hazardous materials.

**Salary**: ₹13,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Kolkata, West Bengal: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
