Vivre Panels is looking for a **proactive and detail-oriented Vendor Coordinator** to manage vendor relationships, ensure smooth procurement processes, and support efficient supply chain operations. This role requires strong communication and coordination with vendors across different services, including printing, event planning, and logistics.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Vendor Management** - Identify, onboard, and maintain strong relationships with vendors and suppliers
- **Order & Delivery Coordination** - Ensure timely procurement and delivery of materials/services
- **Follow-ups & Communication** - Regularly coordinate with vendors for updates, negotiations, and issue resolution
- **Event & Printing Vendor Coordination** - Manage vendors related to printing, branding, event planning, and other company requirements
- **Documentation & Payments** - Maintain accurate vendor records, process invoices, and track payments
- **Process Optimization** - Identify opportunities to improve vendor management and reduce costs

**Eligibility Criteria**:

- 1+ years of experience in vendor coordination, procurement, or supply chain management
- Strong communication, negotiation, and follow-up skills
- Experience in handling **printing, event planning, and logistics vendors**:

- Proficiency in **MS Office, Zoho Inventory, or similar tools** (preferred)
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Experience in handling vendor contracts and payment processes is a plus
