Job Title: Program Coordinator
**Job Description**:
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Program Coordinator to join our team. As a Program Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in providing a conducive learning environment for a specific group of learners. You will be responsible for resolving academic and administrative queries, monitoring learner progress, and ensuring active engagement in classes and activities. Your goal will be to create a supportive and engaging learning experience while targeting a zero drop-out rate.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Provide a conducive learning environment for the assigned group of learners.
- Resolve academic and administrative queries of learners promptly and efficiently.
- Interact and engage with learners to ensure they stay on track with their learning progress.
- Monitor the weekly progress of learners using various reports on the learning management system.
- Motivate learners to actively participate in classes and other activities.
- Implement strategies to target a zero drop-out rate among learners.
- Collaborate with other team members to identify and address learner challenges and concerns.
- Conduct regular check-ins and follow-ups with learners to ensure their needs are met.
- Coordinate and facilitate additional learning resources and support as needed.
- Assist in the planning and execution of learning activities, events, and workshops.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation related to learner progress and engagement.
- Continuously assess and evaluate the effectiveness of the program and suggest improvements.

- Ability to analyze data and generate reports to track learner progress.
- Collaborative mindset and the ability to work effectively in a team.
- Flexibility and adaptability to changing program needs and learner requirements.
Salary Range: 3-4.5 LPA (Lakhs Per Annum)
Working Days: 5 days a weekWork Hours : 9:00 am to 6:00 pm
**Salary**: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Karnak, IL 62956: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
License/Certification:
- Driver's License (preferred)
