**_The Opportunity: _**
The Program Coordinator is a key resource for ensuring that the Engineering Enablement programs, projects, and events run seamlessly by providing well-organized administration and practices delivered with a high level of professionalism. You will work closely with members of the Enablement team to assist in the delivery of highly engaging and interactive programs for the engineering group. As a core member of this fast-paced team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional organizational support in a rapidly evolving area of the business. An ability to think on your feet and be able to manage several projects at once is a must as well as the ability to be a proactive problem solver.
The Program Coordinator provides support to the following programs but is not limited to:
The Welcome Program, Bootcamp Events, Engineering Leadership Events, Campus to Career, Technical Upskilling, and Hackathons, among others.
**Your Role**:
- Manage tasks, timelines, and deliverables for multiple projects
- Provide support to the Enablement Program Managers with administrative and logístical needs
- Assist in the regular growth and development of Enablement Programs and Projects
- Track and maintain program efficacy metrics and manage feedback reporting, and analysis
- As we return to in-person programs and events
- ensuring proper setup and coordination of logistics including venue setup and vendor management
- Participate in weekly status and regular site logistics meetings with team members
- Use Microsoft Excel and Google docs to Manage and track the Engineering Enablement Budget
- Book and confirm conference room/space; setup room configuration, order and confirm catering, office equipment, loaner computers, office supplies, and giveaways/swag as required
- Develop effective relationships with the enablement team, stakeholders, and with the wider Nutanix team
- Join and monitor appropriate Slack channels to gain relevant information and provide timely and efficient updates to members of the groups
- Create, edit and prepare internal communications and materials for participants using Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Google Docs
- Assist with pre and post-survey preparation, collection, and analysis
**What you'll bring**:
- A high school diploma or equivalent, with 1-2 years in an administrative or coordinator function, ideally in a technical field
- Working knowledge of the administrative and clerical procedure
- Previous experience with Cloud-based platforms and SaaS preferred
- Previous experience/understanding of enterprise software development is preferred
- Excellent communication skills and professional personal presentation
- A strong work ethic, integrity, and confidentiality
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Google Apps
- A positive, friendly attitude and being a proactive team-player
- An ability to develop and interact effectively with employees and be proactive in gathering and delivering information
- Close attention to detail and the ability to take initiative
- The ability to work independently, remotely, and in a hybrid-work environment
- A good level of flexibility and adaptability to suit a fast-paced and changing environment
- The ability to manage multiple projects and sessions and prioritize accordingly
- The ability and willingness to lift 40 pounds unassisted
