**Responsibilities**:
1. Manage and maintain Active Directory, including user and group administration, permissions, and security settings.
2. Install, configure, and troubleshoot Hyper-V virtualization technologies, ensuring optimal performance and resource allocation.
3. Administer Remote Desktop Services, including session management, access control, and monitoring.
4. Perform database administration tasks on Microsoft SQL Server, such as backup and restore, performance tuning, and query optimization.
6. Proven experience in managing and maintaining both Windows and Linux operating systems, including installation, configuration, and troubleshooting.
7. Knowledge of Apache web server administration, including virtual host creation, SSL configuration, and performance tuning.
8. Proficiency in managing and maintaining MySQL databases, including backup and recovery, replication, and optimization.
10. Familiarity with managing bare-metal servers, including hardware diagnostics, firmware updates, and performance monitoring.
11. Knowledge of network security technologies, such as SonicWall and pfSense, to ensure the secure and efficient operation of the network.
12. Ability to understand and manage complex network architecture, including subnetting, VLANs, and routing protocols.
13. Strong documentation skills, including the ability to create and maintain accurate and comprehensive technical documentation.
14. Proficiency in performing comparisons between different technologies or solutions to assess their suitability for specific requirements.
15. Experience in creating infrastructure and network diagrams using industry-standard tools, such as Microsoft Visio.
16. Ability to work effectively within a team, providing timely technical support and guidance to other team members when needed.

**Qualifications**:
1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
2. Minimum of 2 years of experience in system administration roles.
3. Certification in relevant technologies, such as Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate, MCSE: Core Infrastructure, or equivalent.
4. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex technical issues.
5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with team members and communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
6. Proven ability to work efficiently and effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, managing multiple priorities and competing deadlines.
