**Job Title: CSR Trainee**

**Location : Ahmedabad (Hybrid)**

**Experience: Fresher to 1 year**
**Job Timing **:10 am to 7 pm (General Shift) / 5 Days Working**

**Required skills.**

Post-graduation in Social work/Social Science/MSW- Master of Social Works.

Enthusiastic and a passionate person who thrives to make positive impact on the society.

Working skills of MS Office

Proactiveness, self-motivation and passion to deliver.

A person with solution centric approach and able to deliver results.
Language mandatory are English, Hindi & Gujarati.

**Key Responsibilities**:
Assist the CSR head in development and implementation of CSR plan.

Assist the company in managing social responsibility policies.

Using internal communication to reinforce the company’s social responsibility policies.

Conducting research, come up with ideas, execute detailed plans, build relationships with partner organizations, NGOs and local authorities, and then implement and coordinate a range of activities and initiatives which are designed to have a positive impact on the society.

Contribute to the execution of programs and projects in collaboration with superiors.

Support in preparing Project planning and implementation schedules.

Assist in development of CSR newsletter, website content updates.

Prepare weekly and monthly CSR MIS

**Salary**: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
