Key responsibilities & duties
- Located in the store, this role has direct responsibility for the successful running of the Store.
- Manage daily store operations, ensuring efficient use of resources.
- Receive Incoming materials and verify them against purchase orders and delivery notes.
- Maintain proper documentation for all incoming and outgoing materials, including invoices, packing slips, and delivery notes.
- Conduct regular stock audits to ensure accurate inventory levels and identify any discrepancies.
- Implement proper inventory control measures to minimize stock losses, damages, and wastage.
- Inventory and stock management to prevent stock-outs or excess Inventory
- Daily reconciliation of inward and outward of stock.
- Assist in the preparation of reports related to stock levels, material consumption, and any other required data
- Experience in store management or inventory control, preferably in a manufacturing or factory environment.
- Basic computer skills, Inventory management software, Ability to work independently.
- Recording on time and accurate inventory, purchase, pricing and order data records.
- Producing accurate documents and looking after administrative management
- Ensure that store is as per guidelines/standards
- Ensure motivation & development of outsourced store staff
Academic or trade qualifications - Graduate/Postgraduate.Work experience and skills - Min 2 Years of Experience in Store Management, Store Supervision & Store Operation.
