**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Guest Service**:

- Greet guests warmly upon arrival, escort them to their seats, and provide menus.
- Take orders for food and beverages accurately and promptly.
- Provide detailed information about the menu, daily specials, and any food and beverage promotions.
- Ensure that guests’ needs are met and they are comfortable throughout their dining experience.
- Address any complaints or concerns in a professional manner, ensuring guest satisfaction.
- **Food & Beverage Service**:

- Serve food and drinks to guests in a timely and professional manner.
- Ensure all orders are served according to hotel standards and guest preferences.
- Set up tables according to hotel standards (e.g., arranging place settings, cutlery, glassware).
- Clear tables after guests have finished dining, ensuring prompt and clean service.
- **Communication**:

- Communicate effectively with the kitchen and bar staff to ensure the smooth flow of service.
- Inform kitchen and bar staff about special guest requests or dietary restrictions.
- Ensure all orders are accurately entered into the system.
- **Billing and Payments**:

- Present the bill to guests at the end of their meal, answer any questions about the charges, and process payments.
- Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately.
- **Maintenance of Work Area**:

- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the dining and service areas.
- Ensure all equipment and utensils are clean, sanitized, and in good working condition.
- Assist with the setup and breakdown of dining areas for events or special functions.
- **Team Collaboration**:

- Work as part of a team to ensure all guest needs are met and the dining experience runs smoothly.
- Assist colleagues during busy periods to ensure efficient service.
- **Health and Safety**:

- Follow all health and safety standards, including food safety protocols.
- Ensure compliance with hygiene and cleanliness standards in food and beverage service areas.

**Skills and Qualifications**:

- **Education**: High school diploma or equivalent; additional hospitality training or certification is a plus.
- **Skills**:

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

- **Physical Stamina**: Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and lift trays or other heavy objects.

**Work Conditions**:

- May require working in shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Ability to work in a busy environment and under pressure.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher, Internship

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
