**Responsibilities**:

- Set up and operate various types of printing equipment, including digital, inkjet, and large-format printers.
- Perform routine maintenance and troubleshoot printer issues to ensure smooth operation.
- Collaborate with the design team to ensure print jobs meet quality standards.
- Monitor print quality throughout production and make necessary adjustments.
- Manage inventory of printing materials, including ink, paper, and other supplies.
- Ensure compliance with safety and operational procedures.
- Work with various file formats and RIP software to prepare print jobs.
- Maintain production logs and ensure deadlines are met.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a printer operator or technician.
- Familiarity with different types of printers and printing software.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Basic computer skills and proficiency in design programs (Adobe Suite or similar) is a plus.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work well within a team.
- High school diploma or equivalent (technical certifications are an advantage).

Pay: ₹25,000.00 per month
